User Agreement for the Stonebreakers2 Platform

This document defines the Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governing your participation and interactions on the Stonebreakers2 platform.

1. Legal Agreement

2. Registration and Account Creation

To participate in Stonebreakers2, you must register a user account ("User Account"). By creating an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Terms of Use and agree to provide accurate and current information. Minors must be assisted or supervised by a parent or legal guardian during the registration process.

User accounts must adhere to certain standards of conduct. Stonebreakers2 reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these standards, including those with inappropriate, indecent, or offensive identities.

3. Account Security

Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (username and password). Sharing access credentials or accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in penalties, including account termination. Stonebreakers2 will never ask for your password directly.

Any activity conducted through your account is solely your responsibility. If you suspect a security breach, you must report it immediately to the Stonebreakers2 support team.

4. Code of Conduct

Use of the Stonebreakers2 platform implies adherence to a code of conduct. This includes respectful behavior, consideration for other members, and compliance with applicable laws. Stonebreakers2 may penalize any illegal or harmful behavior to the community, taking disciplinary action at its discretion.

Note: Usage of illegal software will be punished with the blocking of the account. Additionally, any form of RMT (Real Money Trading) or trading between servers will result in a blocked account. Any attempts at this will result in account suspension, and no refund will be offered. As per our refund policies, all users are made aware that refunds are not available.

5. Disciplinary Actions and Account Termination

Stonebreakers2 reserves the right to issue warnings, temporarily suspend, or permanently close accounts that violate the Terms of Use. Disciplinary measures will be applied depending on the severity and frequency of violations. Appeals can be submitted to the support team, where they will be carefully reviewed.

6. Voluntary Account Termination

Users may request account closure by submitting a request to the support team. Normally, the account will be deactivated for 14 days before being permanently closed to prevent fraudulent actions.

7. Ownership and Content

Stonebreakers2 retains all ownership rights over the content within Stonebreakers2, including accounts, characters, items, and virtual currency. Any virtual assets acquired in the game remain the property of Stonebreakers2, and modifications or deletions can occur without prior notice.

Users waive any claim regarding ownership of virtual assets, their value, or any losses resulting from changes made to the game.

8. Transactions and the Stonebreakers2 Store

Stonebreakers2 includes a virtual store where users can purchase items and virtual currency. All transactions are final and non-refundable. Any issues with purchases must be reported immediately to the support team.

9. Refund Policy

All digital purchases through Stonebreakers2 are final and non-refundable, as per Stonebreakers2's policy. In cases of technical difficulties, the support team is prepared to offer assistance, but it is the user's responsibility to ensure compatibility with purchased products.

10. User Contributions

User contributions (comments, feedback, visual materials) are not considered confidential once published. Stonebreakers2 retains rights over these contributions and may use them freely for platform development.

11. Payments and Payment Systems

Stonebreakers2 partners with payment providers for purchases made by users. Using a payment system confirms that you are the account holder. If a payment is declined or returned, the user account will be suspended or closed.

12. Technical Requirements

To access Stonebreakers2 optimally, appropriate hardware, software, and internet connection are required. Stonebreakers2 is not responsible for the costs related to the user's connection or equipment.

13. Service Interruptions

Maintaining the Stonebreakers2 platform is essential for service quality. Stonebreakers2 will make every effort to minimize downtime and is not liable for losses resulting from maintenance or other unforeseen interruptions.

14. Links to Third-Party Sites

Stonebreakers2 does not guarantee the quality or security of content from third-party sites accessible via external links and is not responsible for the terms and policies of these sites.

15. Limitation of Liability

Stonebreakers2 will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, delays, or indirect damages.

16. Indemnity

You agree to hold Stonebreakers2 harmless and indemnify it for any claims or damages that may arise from a breach of these Terms.

17. Service Modifications

Stonebreakers2 reserves the right to modify, at its discretion, the content, accessibility, and other aspects of the platform. Continuing to use the service after changes signals your acceptance of them.

18. General Provisions

Stonebreakers2 may provide information to competent authorities upon legal request. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable.

19. Additional Terms

Stonebreakers2 can be used free of charge, and accounts may be suspended without justification.

20. Final Remarks

Stonebreakers2 thanks you for being a part of the Stonebreakers2 community and encourages you to adopt responsible and respectful behavior.
